BLACK ROCKS VILLA
Black Rocks Villa is a large villa with swimming pool, furnished with warmth and originality, ideal for sport holiday in a relaxing environment. Suitable for up to 15 people, it is composed of 5 bedrooms. The villa is located in the center of the village of Lajares, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants are at walkable distance. A strategic position to arrive in less than 15 minutes to the coast and easily reach the best surf spots on the island. Children are welcome and you will find large spaces and play areas dedicated to them. The villa is fully accessible, to allow a pleasant stay also for people with disabilities. Ideal villa for surf trips and family holidays!
The villa is surrounded by a tropical garden, palm trees and fruit trees, with a little luck you can taste papayas, bananas, cherry from the garden! The villa has a salt water swimming pool of 5 x 7 meters protected from the wind. It also has a covered area equipped with benches and gym equipment, table football and boxing bag. Externally you will also find a bathroom with shower, a sink and bbq. For chilling you will find a wooden terrace with sun beds and hammocks close to the swimming pool and near the entrance of the house in a sheltered area covered with sunshades a large table can accommodate all guests of the house. At the rear of the house there is an equipped area. for washing surfsuits and sports equipment.
OUTSIDE
A large kitchen suitable for the preparation of large dinners! Equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, induction plate, immersion blender, pots and pans also for larger groups. Even inside a large table can accommodate up to 12 people, TV and library with multilingual books supplied to guests.
INSIDE
There are a total of 5 rooms available, 4 of which directly overlook the living area and a more reserved one, with external access. Baby beds can be added in any room.
Kauai Room: with direct access to the terrace, it has a private bathroom, a double bed (which can be divided into two singles) and a desk. On request a single bed can be added.
Maui room: double bed (or two singles) + loft bed, private bathroom.
Ohau room: double bed (or two singles) + loft bed, shares the bathroom with the Big Island room.
Big Island Room: up to 4 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed, is the most suitable room for children and teenagers, it shares the bathroom with the Ohau room.
Molokai Room: with external access, double bed (or 2 singles) and private bathroom. The room is also fully accessible for people with disabilities.
